Ecolinc's new signature program Footprints of the Western Volcanic Plains was launched on Friday 20th November 2015. Footprints uses the photographic panorama image titled ‘Volcano Dreaming’ as a stimulus to provide curriculum resources, materials and onsite programs to educate students about the biodiversity of the Western Volcanic Plains. Footprints consists of student worksheets, teacher notes, background information and other support resources. The activities are suited to students in Years 4-7 (but can be adapted to suit other year levels) and are hands-on, engaging activities that use a range of technologies and modes of thinking.
